As our realtors , they made the decision to not have a lockbox on the property and personally conducted each and every scheduled showing. We were kept informed of feedback from the potential buyers realtors throughout the entire process and we appreciated their utilizing the auto-showing confirmation and feedback program . We had two Open Houses which were well attended and they organized a community wide Open House Sunday with several other realtors for the second one. The professional photographer Jason hired to take interior and exterior photos did a beautiful job, resulting in a high quality brochure . After seeing the house around the corner sell (significantly above asking & immediately) we set up an initial meeting. Between the coming soon strategy, staging help, virtual photography, and expertise, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Through the process Jason listened to our needs, advocated for us, and gave incredible advice. We ended up accepting an offer 1 week before our house hit market & 5% over asking! They were easy to talk with and were really "down to earth" people. Also their recommendations were reasonable and helped get our property sold. This market can be volatile and so can buyers-they helped level this out!

Selling our home was anything but easy. We dealt with structural issues, water damage and even a very scary feral cat that planted himself in our driveway the day of our open house. On the day of our final walkthrough, (the day before we were scheduled to close) I woke up to water leaking in our dinette, dining room, two upstairs bedrooms and basement.
