Anyone that wants a realtor that is honest, ethical and hands-on should give Jason a call. Selling our home was anything but easy. We dealt with structural issues, water damage and even a very scary feral cat that planted himself in our driveway the day of our open house. On the day of our final walkthrough, (the day before we were scheduled to close) I woke up to water leaking in our dinette, dining room, two upstairs bedrooms and basement. Jason and Jaime held my hand through it all, navigating and negotiating their way through very trying issues. As our realtors , they made the decision to not have a lockbox on the property and personally conducted each and every scheduled showing. We were kept informed of feedback from the potential buyers realtors throughout the entire process and we appreciated their utilizing the auto-showing confirmation and feedback program .

There are so many little things that Jason does above and beyond what the typical Realtor does, like find the right home warranty company, sending a list of the local utility companies (even though I've lived in the community for some time), getting a list of the appliances and dates of purchase to the install and documentation of the new roof, which is a key when insuring any home. He does these things without having to be asked. However, these things are great but the most important quality I found helpful was his negotiation acumen. I can honestly say I would not have my house today had Jason not led me through the negotiation process. Which, for me, is always painful.
